Baltimore City will be starting a dollar home program. According to the city, if you intend to live in the home for 5 years you may be able to buy it for a dollar. You can also buy a city-owned property as a deeloper but it will cost more than a dollar. I have filtered out all the vacant properties that are owned by the city to start narrowing down which properites might be available for this program when it becomes official.
