2026 Baltimore City Homicide List

This is a list of the 2026 Baltimore City homicide victims and additional information regarding age, incident location, notes, and event proximity to police surveillance cameras .

New this year: The FBI and Baltimore City Police are now placing homicides where the damaging event occurred in previous years to be placed on previous years list. I will follow their lead.

The two men had a dispute on 01/02/26 at their home. Eric Jones Jr. confessed to stabbing the victim and then relocating the body near the Gwynns Falls in the vicinity of 2800 West Baltimore Street. *Drug offenses, burglary, prostitution, gun possession, domestic violence(this charge is not specific enough) and unauthorized taking of a vehicle charges are not considered violent. Violent offenses include murder, attempted murder, robbery, using a gun in a crime, and first degree assault. This has changed from previous years, where second degree assault was included

**Affirmative if distance between a CCTV cameara and the homicide location is one block or less.

If one wants to check whether there are Baltimore City CCTV cameras at any particular intersection they may use this map.

Friday, 1/9/26 @ 3-5pm, starting in the block of 700 N. Patterson. The Sacred Space Ritual will take place in the space where his body collapsed, behind the Challenge 2 Change building located at 2135 E. BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore police are investigating after a body was found in the water in southwest Baltimore on Tuesday morning, police confirmed.
On January 20 at around 8:26 a.m., authorities responded to the 2800 block of West Baltimore Street, just off the Gwynns Falls trail, for a report of a body in the water.
Police and the Baltimore City Fire Department arrived on scene and recovered an adult male found deceased.
Police noted that signs of trauma were found on the victim's body.
Homicide detectives are currently questioning a person of interest.

009 2800 West Baltimore Street, victim's name is Dashond Tamar Johnson 30, stabbed multiple times by Eric Jones Jr., 30.charged with premeditated murder and first-degree and second-degree assault. reported in The Baltimore Banner 1/21.
