If the State of Maryland had hoped to keep secret the gross incompetence and rampant human rights violations taking place at it’s Baltimore Central Booking facility they made a big mistake imprisoning the Baltimore Spectator.
From the proliferation of weapons and easily available illegal narcotics to abusive and corrupt guards, known as ‘Correctional Officers”(what are they correcting?), James MacArthur is currently experiencing a first hand, eye-witness adventure, of what is really going on behind bars in Baltimore. While attempts to deny or even cover up what will be shared is sure to happen at this point it’s too late. What’s been seen has already been recorded.
