With all that rain, some of it "could" be attributed to water retention. Fortunately, Northwesterners are famous for their warm, vivacious, outgoing personalities. So maybe that makes up for it. Besides, if somebody bought yours truly a motorized chair, you'd have a fight on your hands prying my fat ass out of it.
